Mr. Roosevelt Fulcher, 61, of Waynesboro, Georgia entered into eternal rest on December 28, 2020. The service will be held Friday, January 8, 2021, at 2:00 pm at the Burkeland Garden in Waynesboro, Georgia. Visitation for the immediate family will be held Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm and the family will receive friends from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Phinazee and Son Funeral Home, 404 West 8th Street, Waynesboro, Georgia 30830.

A mask will be required to attend the visitation and the graveside service.

Phinazee and Son Funeral Home is in charge of the service.
