Imogene Tindal Jones, age 73, passed away peacefully October 15, 2020 surrounded by her children, Anissa L. Jones of Waynesboro, Georgia and SFC Jeremy H. Jones currently stationed at Ft. Stewart, Georgia. She was preceded in death by both parents, Capers Tindal Sr. and Leora Tindal, brother, Capers (Inez) Tindal Jr. also preceded her in death. She worked for the Burke County Board of Education as a Paraprofessional. She was married to the late Henry Jones Jr. who passed away in 2000. She leaves to cherish: her children, Anissa L. Jones of Waynesboro, Georgia and SFC Jeremy H. Jones currently stationed at Ft. Stewart, Georgia, a sister, Gladys Davis of Bensalem Pennsylvania, a brother, Willie (Alberta) Tindal and a host of nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
