Life Story of Brian Tervontia Carswell

Brian Tervontia Carswell was born July 23, 1987 in Augusta, Ga. to Mr. Gregory & Norma L. Hankerson Carswell, Sr. of Waynesboro, Ga. God called his precious angel home on Wednesday, January 6, 2021.
Brian grew up from a baby in Waynesboro Deliverance Evangelistic Church, under the leadership of Apostles Dr.
Glenn & Betty Jo Wiggins, Sr. He sung in the youth & young adult choir, led praise and worship during youth
services and was a part of the Adult choir. He also sung in Sharon Baptist Church Youth & Young Adult Choir &
Mass Choir. In the last years of his life, he began attending and fellowshipping with Dimensional Praise Family
Worship Center under the leadership of Pastors Jefferson & Sherry Bennett in Augusta, GA and The Lord House
of Praise under the leadership of Minister Jerry Grier & Minister John Thompson here in Waynesboro, GA.
Brian attended the Burke County Public School System. Brian enjoyed singing all the time. He was honored to sing with the Metro Mass Choir back in 2010 with gospel recording artist, the late Rev. Timothy Wright. He loved
making others laugh. When Brian entered the room, he was the life of the party and always had a story or
something to say.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Darius Newkirt; grandfathers: Alvin Hankerson, Sr., & Fred Willie
